Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. (King James Version)

Church Workers Ministry

s humble servants and instruments for the propagation of the true and everlasting Gospel of Christ, the Church Workers Ministry—composed of the Presiding Ministers, Council of Ministers and Church Workers—is expected to set the whole Church examples of true Christian living—in faith, in speech, in livelihood, in love, and in cleanliness.

The Presiding Minister guides the whole congregation in spiritual activities and executes all things he deems right for the betterment of the Church’s members and sees to it that the Ministers and officials of the organization are executing rightfully their duties and responsibilities. Aside from these roles, the Presiding Minister teaches the Ministers-in-Charge and Workers all the doctrines of Christ in the Bible to be taught to all the members of the Church of God in the congregation.

The Ministers-in-Charge preach sermons in different places assigned to them by the Presiding Minister. They also oversee the spiritual growth and welfare of the members.

Workers, on the other hand, are assigned to teach in various locales of the Church under the supervision of the Presiding Minister or any of the Ministers-in-Charge assigned thereto. Church Workers are expected to always attend the ministerial classes.

Charity and Social Welfare Ministry

harity suffereth long, and is kind, charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;” – 1 Corinthians 13:4-5.

The true essence of a pure religion is manifested in the Church of God’s high-regard and concern for the fatherless, widows, handicapped and disabled people (James 1:27).

With Brother Eli at the helm, the Church's charity and social welfare ministry, Lingap Kapatid was organized and established in 1997 to help the church in its mission to organize and help establish key orphanages in various places to house and care for our less privileged fellowmen who are widowed and abandoned.

Broadcast Ministry

he propagation of the Word of God is the central task of the church’s missions. It is in this responsibility that the organization spends most of its resources, especially in acquiring satellite and broadcast equipments, paying radio and television airtime slots, and producing programs such as the popular “Ang Dating Daan” (The Old Path), Truth in Focus, Bible Guide and “Itanong Mo Kay Soriano” (You ask Soriano).

Broadcast Ministry through the ADD Productions helps produce, record and mass duplicate CDs and VCDs of Bro. Eli Soriano’s recordings of Bible studies, indoctrination, worship services and prayer meetings for distribution in all satellite locale chapters nationwide and abroad; maintains the 24/7 broadcasts of church’s programs via The Old Path Channel in US and Canada and; documents all church-related events.

Youth Ministry

ne of the most active forces in the Church is the youth sector. Most commonly referred to as the Kapisanan ng Kabataan Tungo sa Kasakdalan or KKTK (Youth Onwards Uprightness), this special group of unmarried individuals take active roles in various Church functions such as volunteer works for cleaning the Convention Center after Thanksgiving, and gardening, and ushering, among others.

Empowering and strengthening the youth sector is one of the principal challenges of the KKTK. It also aims to instill in the youth the importance of his obligation and participation in church activities while waiting for our Lord Jesus Christ’s coming. From its former motto, the KKTK is now empowered to “go on unto uprightness for the greater glory of our Creator.”

Music Ministry

inging hymns and songs, thanksgiving and praise to the Lord is one of the obligations of the members in the Church of God. In every congregational gathering, music is central. The Music Ministry provides the musical requirement in all Church gatherings, special events and concerts.

The Music Ministry is composed of musicians, composers and choir groups from locale to division levels. With direct supervision from Brother Daniel and the help of the Music Ministry Core (MMC), the group outlined guidelines, rules and implementing policies on how choir groups should attend to their respective functions, especially during Prayer Meetings, Worship Services, Indoctrination sessions and Thanksgiving, among other events.

Prison Ministry

he missionary efforts of Church Workers are extended to several correctional and penitentiary institutes in the country. The tasks are daunting and challenging; however, “the call” to bring the Gospel of salvation to our fellowmen in prison is a Christian mission and obligation that must be carried out because God wants all men to be saved, regardless of his social status.

As more people in prisons nationwide are being baptized, the demand for Prison Ministry Workers is also increasing, with requests ranging from Bible studies, indoctrination and baptism.

With the help of Brother Eli and Brother Daniel, some members in jails were given spiritual and legal assistance.

Foreign Ministry

he remarkable and steady growth in the number of members is the result of relentless effort to reach out to people in all walks of life through our worldwide broadcasts of programs via the Internet and the TOP Channel in US and Canada. There is a huge demand for our ministers and workers to conduct and carry out Worship Services, Prayer Meetings and Baptisms. The Foreign Ministry also facilitates and assists brethren who wishes to stay in other countries by giving them orientation and spiritual counseling.
