I am prepared to relay a testimony to a life that
has been transformed into finding God. This
spiritual quest has been shown to me by a man whose
life spells holiness and sacrifices.
He is a man who has readied himself to be both
crowned or crucified for the salvation of others.
Bro. Eli Soriano delivers the clear message of hope
to those who believe in the one true God. He is a
gift to the present generation. A lot of men have
made names for themselves, but none of them could
equal the zealous pursuit that he has shown in
preaching the Word of God, in proving the
authenticity of the Bible, in answering all sorts of
questions about the Scriptures, and rectifying wrong
beliefs and practices, and erroneous doctrines
implanted by false preachers in the very core of
many individuals. Those futile sacrifices, like
flagellation and pilgrimages, were perceived by many
as acts of piety, without them realizing that what
they are doing are all against God’s will, and there
is nothing left to do but seek to hear the voice of
one man who unselfishly works to lead those people
back to the path leading to salvation.
Lately, the labors of this man, who untiringly
proclaims the Gospel, are bearing fruits. More and
more people are being enlightened and are now
turning to God. However, his efforts to propagate
the word of God do not end here in the Philippines.
In fact, some two months ago, the Church of God
International has invaded the USA and Canada. And
Bro. Eli is doing this o carry out a noble mission,
and that is to make more converts.
The direction of the Church is heading heavenward.
But definitely, this wouldn’t be an easy sojourn.
There are battles to be fought, not to mention the
formidable forces of the devil manifested by the
skeptics and non-believers who would definitely
hinder the Church and realizing its dream of making
the word of God known to the whole of mankind. We
must be aware that great things do not come easily.
Persecutions are sure to come. Our Lord Jesus Christ
Himself had his ordeal during His time. But the
people didn’t know who He really was. Ignorance of
what the Bible says could lead one to destruction.
That is why the Gospel ought to be preached all over
the world because, as mentioned in a prophecy, many
shall come in Christ’s name, and they shall try to
deceive the unsuspecting. What if our loved ones are
the ones that would be deceived by these false
preachers and false prophets? What if it is their
lives that are being wasted in worshipping false
god’s? Don’t you want them to find also what you
have found?... understand what you have understood?
I doubt it if you can live this life fully,
peacefully, and free from guilt when you see how
your fellowmen are being misled, without you lifting
a finger! We have responsibility to show the way to
those who are seeking for it. And that is exactly
what Bro. Eli has been doing. Very evidently, he is
leading a Christian way of life – always ready to be
of service to others, especially to this brethren in
faith. Indeed, Christ’s teachings are greatly
embedded in his being.
Today, we live in society that is filled with filth,
hypocrisy, selfishness, and materialism. But despite
this, there remains a ray of hope that one day, more
people will acknowledge God’s existence, and more
minds will be enlightened after listening to the
preaching of the global evangelist in the 21st
century: Bro. Eli Soriano.
